At the AMAFHH Federation, each session lasts for 1 hour with the option to have between one and five sessions with the same counsellor each time. There is no cost attached to the counselling program. All sessions are free.
Counselling can help you to develop self-awareness and clarity, within a safe ,empathic and nurturing space from which to explore and navigate your chosen path.
